1 kiwi fruit , roughly chopped. 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach. 1 cup (240ml) water. 1 ripe banana , roughly chopped. a squeeze of lime. 2 tablespoon hemp seed hearts. Toppings (optional) 2 thin slices of kiwi fruit. a sprinkle of hemp seeds
Slice the fruit into small enough pieces for your blender to manage. Place the ingredients into your blender, add water and blend until smooth.
Pour your smoothies into 2 glasses. Decorate the tops with a slice of kiwi and a light sprinkle of hemps seeds before serving.
