A quick and easy kiwi lime green smoothie that's refreshingly sweet and tangy. This is a gorgeous vegan green smoothie to try. Made with kiwi fruit, spinach, banana and freshly squeezed lime.

Equipment

  • High speed blender.
  • Paring knife.
  • Chopping board.
  • 2 serving glasses.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kiwi fruit (roughly chopped.)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach.
  • 1 cup (250ml) water.
  • 1 ripe banana (roughly chopped.)
  • a squeeze of lime.
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seed hearts.

Toppings (optional)

  • 2 thin slices of kiwi fruit.
  • a sprinkle of hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Slice the fruit into small enough pieces for your blender to manage. Place the ingredients into your blender, add water and blend until smooth.
  • Pour your smoothies into 2 glasses. Decorate the tops with a slice of kiwi and a light sprinkle of hemps seeds before serving.
