Equipment

  • High speed blender.
  • 1 serving glass.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chopped mango.
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple.
  • 1 chopped frozen banana.
  • 4 tablespoon rolled oats gluten-free.
  • 2 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds.
  • 1 cup (250ml) water.

Toppings (optional)

  • a pinch of shelled hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place the ingredients into your blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with a pinch of hemp seeds before serving.

Notes

Buy bags of frozen mixed mango and pineapple for use in your smoothies to save time.
Ensure the chopped pieces of fruit are small enough for your blender to handle.
