A super tasty, hummus salad dressing made with only 4 ingredients. Perfect for when you need a quick salad dressing and have leftover hummus in the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon hummus.
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or date paste
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients. Add the hummus salad dressing ingredients to a bowl.
    4 tablespoon hummus., juice of ½ a lemon, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or date paste, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon water
  • Whisk. With a small whisk or fork, whisk the dressing ingredients together until they're combined and smooth creamy. Do a taste test and add a little more water or a pinch of salt, if needed.

Notes

Sweetner - If you prefer, ubstitute the sweetner with a soaked pitted date and combine the ingredients using a blender instead so that your dressing is smooth in texture.
