Small sprinkle of hemp seed hearts to top.
You will need
High speed blender.
1 serving glass.

Ingredients

chopped mango, or 1 mango cheek
(skin and stone removed if fresh.)

or a large handful of fresh leaf spinach.

chopped banana.
▢

cup
(250ml) water.
▢

tablespoon
hemp seed hearts.
Instructions
Place the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle the top with a pinch of hemp seeds for decoration before serving. Sip and enjoy!
Notes
Add more water to thin the smoothie out if needed.
